To register for the HomeSwapper Ireland service, you must meet the following criteria

I am a/we are current tenant(s) of Dublin City Council or Cork City Council

I/we have held my/our tenancy for 12 months or more

I/we (or anyone wishing to move with me/us) does NOT have a record of anti-social behaviour

I/we have had no rent arrears in the last 12 months

I confirm that the information I have submitted is correct, to the best of my knowledge

Use of the HomeSwapper.ie website to find a swap is not a guarantee that you will be able to swap homes. All exchanges must first be agreed by your Local Authority / Landlord.
